In the game prior, Absolute Devastation, the island of Meadow Lands was completely obliterated off the face of Surfplanken'itren. With all hope lost, Rap Gal the sole survivor, seeks a way to bring the island back. A lightning strike in her distance calls forth an adventure of hope to bring it back.
