Activate the Radio Signal Towers located on your map. After all of them are activated then you can activate the Siren to lure the Ghostbear out!
Look for supplies inside Cabins and at Campsites.
For the best experience, play on High Graphics or above. *If you experience any first person camera issues try switching cameras at a campsite*
