Rocket Lapsed Remix - Alpha

About

Saving the Lapsed map from obscurity by migrating it to normal FN.

Good enough to complete. Got things hooked up and functional, but plenty of small polish things to do.

grab any available vehicle and finish the race! not with boats though, there's no checkpoints on the water.

Boats, Grind Rails, and extra spawn pads are scattered through, in case you wreck your ride.

Finish on foot if you dare. You can grind your way through the whole lap
